The information we hold

A refrigerator repair booking creates one record: who you are, how to call you back, where in Solana Beach the appliance is, and what it is doing. Solana Beach Sub-Zero Repair keeps that and nothing more.

What it is used for

To book the appointment and complete the repair in Solana Beach
To contact you about that job — a confirmation, a delay, a part, a follow-up
To satisfy tax, warranty and insurance obligations

SMS

Give us a mobile number and we may text you about the job you booked — a confirmation, a technician on the way to Solana Beach, a part that has arrived. That is the entire use — no campaigns, no offers, nothing you did not ask for. Reply STOP to any of them and we will stop texting that number. Message and data rates may apply.

When it gets deleted

A job record lives as long as it might be needed for the warranty on that repair, or for tax and insurance, and is then deleted. Solana Beach Sub-Zero Repair builds no marketing profiles and runs no advertising trackers that follow you off this site.

About these pages

The site you are reading is a set of flat files with no form to fill in and no account to create, which is why the only way to reach Solana Beach Sub-Zero Repair is the phone. The host's server log records the usual: which address asked for which page, and when.

What you can ask us to do

Anyone we have worked for in Solana Beach can ask to see their record or have it erased, and California residents may additionally opt out of any sale of their information. We do not sell information, to anyone, ever.

Who else sees it

A Solana Beach address and a phone number are worth money to somebody. They are not for sale here, and they are not rented or traded either. The only people who see your address are the technician driving to it and whoever booked the job. Mobile information is never shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes. Text messaging consent is not shared with anyone.

Children

Nothing here is aimed at children and Solana Beach Sub-Zero Repair does not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.

Revisions

Any revision is published here rather than mailed out. The text on this page is always the current one.

Asking us about this

There is one contact route and it is the phone: (858) 703-5919. Ask for your record, ask for it deleted, or ask what a line above means — Solana Beach Sub-Zero Repair will answer it there.
